Celebrated Melbourne-based indie pop label Popboomerang Records, led by my long-standing friend and collaborator Scott Thurling, has recently returned with a bunch of new releases after a four-year lay off.
To celebrate, they’ve issued the latest in a series of carefully curated compilations called Aches And Shakes Volume 2 (The Second Decade Of Popboomerang 2013 – 2023).
Aches And Shakes Vol 2 features a couple of my recordings including Cordyline (2025) and The Melbourne Divide (2015), both released originally by Popboomerang. It also features tracks from the likes of The Earthmen, Weddings Parties Anything, The Killjoys, Nick Batterham, Blackbirds FC, The Aerial Maps, The Wellingtons and more.
Aches And Shakes Vol 2 is available now on all of the major streaming services and at the Popboomerang Bandcamp site.
